The news coming out of the city of Barcelona is not new. According to Spanish Sports daily "Sport" English Premier League giant Manchester United is preparing a 45M� offer for FC Barcelona & Spanish International midfielder Cesc Fabregas.
Most observers agree that the best years for Fabragas was with Arsenal FC & playing in English Football. The midfielder has not fully been accepted at FC
